New home for OGS!

It all began with some muslin pouches and a little barn in Massachusetts. Back in 2010 I was hired to create my very first wedding suite. I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into, I printed, cut and assembled over 1000 paper pieces all by myself. Lots of long nights and several paper cuts but I’ll never forget Danny and Melissa. They were such a sweet couple and I still have the handwritten thank you note from Danny’s mother. What was created was very unique at the time and I was obsessed with all of it. However, it would be a few years and several more bridal clients until I myself got married and Of Good Stock began. It started as a side job, after hours and on weekends because I needed my 9-5 to stay afloat in NYC. Fast forward 5 years + one puppy + one baby + one giant move back to Kansas City and no more 9-5, OGS is now going to get the attention it’s been begging for.

My dream for this company has always been to go beyond me, hence the name of my studio is not my own. I would love to have a storefront some day where thoughtfully curated products from artists and creators I admire join my stationary and goods on the shelves. For now I have my little shop out here on the web and here’s to hoping for a brick and mortar in the future!

So happy to be calling Kansas City home again after more than a decade away. There’s no better place to throw down some roots.
