A modern approach to wedding stationery

Founded in Brooklyn, New York in 2013 and now in its seventh year, OGS has had work featured in:
Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, 100 Layer Cake, as well as Bespoke Bride.

Owner and lead designer at OGS, Annie, is a 4 on the enneagram scale, a true romantic. She loves creating the perfect story for her clients!

A fun little history of OGS…

  • 2009

Annie moves to the big apple for a job in publishing. Then moves onto a housewares company soon after where she works her way up to Associate Design Director. She spends the majority of her time there learning the ins and outs of branding and packaging design and sparks her love of photo-styling.

  • 2010

Her very first invitations are designed as a little booklet kept in a muslin bag for a destination farm wedding in Massachusetts. The wedding is soon after featured on Style Me Pretty. Thus beginning her side hustle of designing suites for friends of friends and people who find her through word of mouth.

  • 2013

After getting married and designing her own invitations she decides to make her side hustle official and Of Good Stock is born.

  • 2018

After over a decade in New York with her husband and the birth of their son George they decide a move back to the midwest is best. Kansas City is where they both grew up, got married, and where they always pictured raising their family. Now her side hustle becomes her full time hustle, juggling work, raising a toddler and giving their mini schnauzer Scout as much love as possible when she can spare the time.

Our trusted collaborators

Here you can find a list of artists we like to work with to achieve the look our clients want.

To continue to give our clients unique ways to tell their stories we like to collaborate with other artists. If you’d like to become a trusted collaborator please reach out through the button below and tell us a little bit about yourself and what you offer!

  • Commissioned Illustrator

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • Commissioned Artist

Inspired by skies and clouds, Tara's work encourages viewers to reflect on the beauty constantly above. By incorporating metal leaf into her work - usually covering the entire surface before applying paint - Tara mimics the depth and reflectiveness of the ever-changing sky. She will be offering exclusive prints to OGS clients and is also available for commissioned paintings. She lives and works in Maryland just outside of DC.

Don’t forget that this is your wedding,

you get to chose who is a part of it --that means your vendor team too! Find the people you connect with and whose work you admire and your event will be the best it can possibly be.

01. consultation

We love meeting our clients and discussing the “look”. We like to get a feel for what makes our couples tick, their meet-cute and favorite date spots. This helps us help you! We can help guide you through what we think will fit within your event style. We’ll walk you through our process and discuss your must haves and your likes and dislikes.

02. proposal

After we have a good idea of what you want we will draw up a proposal that will include all the printing and paper styles we discussed in our consultation. We usually like to show you a couple different packages that you can choose from and several optional add-ons. We require a 50% deposit to officially get your project on our design schedule. After we receive the deposit we will get back to you with a detailed schedule so you can follow along the whole way.

03. design process

Once the schedule is drawn up we will dive right into the creative process. We start by working up sketches, laying out copy and pulling all the materials together. You can just put your feet up, sip your latte and wait for us to wow you! Once ready we’ll have several concepts for you to look through and choose from.

04. finalize

After a final concept is chosen we’ll send you a final proof to check all spelling and details one last time before we go to print! For digital pieces we allow3 weeks and for letterpress/foil we allow 6 weeks. We also offer guest addressing and can evenmail them out for you, just ask!
